With Goal of Doubling the tourist influx in the country the tourism ministry of India has decided to provide clean, fresh and healthy environment Including 98 tourist destinations of India like Tajmahal, Dal Lake, Red Fort and India Gate.
Now near about six millions foreign tourists coming to the country and our goal is to increase it by 12 million said tourism minister Mr. Subodh Kant Sahai 24x7 garbage clearance maintain parking lotsclean toilets and proper signage at the tourist complex.
This campaign is associated with 12th five year plan and this campaign has two objective, first one is to increase tourist influx in the country and second is to improve the quality of services across the country tourist destinations.
Near about 14 tourist places (India Gate, Connaught Place, Chandni Chowk, Lotus Temple, Jantar Mantar, Rajghat, Purana Qila and Safdarjung Tomb) in the national capital has been selected for this campaign and Konark, Charminar, In addition Kovalam Beach, Mysore Palace, Golkonda Fort, Ajanta Caves and Mahabodhi Temple, Har ki Pauri, Hawa Mahal, these places has also been selected amongst 98 chosen destinations.
