The State government of Kolkata will make plan how Bengal’s brand ambassador shah rukh khan could help us for promoting state tourism destinations. The tourism minister of Bengal Mr. Rachpal Singh organized a meeting with hotel associations, tour operators, regional directors of the Indian tourist bureau and a few business chambers' representatives at Writers' Buildings Kolkata on Wednesday. He said we discussed about how Bengal promote as a attractive tourist destination. We are also thinking how Bengal brand ambassador Shah Rukh khan come with us in this effort said tourism secretary of Bengal Mr. Vikram Sen. He also said we want Bengal promote such type of tourists destination where tourists from other state as well as from abroad attract towards.
The tourism minister said the Bengal tourism have a maximum potential. The state tourism department will set up different packages for local tourists and we are coming with policy of tailor made packages by October. In this meeting also focusing on the security issues and setting forces into those areas where already chalk out with purpose of tourism.
