Advance Payments Policy:
As per the Go Heritage Journeys Advance payment policy, our esteemed clients are requested to make a partial payment of the total tour cost in advance as a token money in order to confirm the services booked by them. The amount of advance payment varies from the number of days left to avail the services.


Balance of Payment can be made at the convenience of the guests- either upon arrival in India or before departing from the native country.


Note: Full Payment is required in advance in the following conditions:

  • Royal Train Journeys
  • Hotel reservation in peak season


Go Heritage India Journeys Mode of Payment Policy
Go Heritage India Journeys offers the following options to make the payement:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Mail Authorization through Visa / Master / American Express Credit Card
  • Travelers Cheque
  • All major credit cards accepted- Visa/ Mater/ American Express

Note: If the payment is made through credit card, nominal bank charges would be applicable over and above the total amount.

Note: Cancellation policies for the Royal Train Journeys and peak season bookings would be advised at the time of booking.



Refund Policy
Go Heritage India Journeys always tries to expedite the refund process. However, the process of refunding the amount may take 2 to 4 weeks depending upon the conditions.


Note: Bank charges applicable for account transfer or Credit Card payments would be debited from the payment that is refunded as per the cancellation policy.



Limitations & Liabilities
Any hikes by the Government of India, Hotels, Airlines, Transporters and Contractors that may result in increase of overall tour cost would be paid by the guest.


Go Heritage India Journeys is a mediator between the hotels, airlines and transporters. All the vouchers and other travel documents issued by us are in lieu of the terms and conditions of the hotels, airlines and transporters.


Go Heritage India Journeys reserves the right to make the modifications in the itineraries in case of emergency keeping in mind the safety and the comfort of the guest.


Go Heritage India Journeys would not be responsible for any kind of delay or cancellations of programmes due to unpredictable and beyond our control reasons like natural calamities, flight cancellations, weather conditions, political closures etc.


Go Heritage India Journeys advises its esteemed clients to personally take care of their belongings, baggage and other valuables. Any loss of baggage/ other personal property will be borne by the guests.


Go Heritage India Journeys does not offer any insurance policy. In case, tourists require any sort of insurance policy, they are requested to purchase from their native countries before departing for India.


Go Heritage India Journeys does not take the responsibility of the violations of Indian rules or damage caused to the public property by guests.



PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover from your country of domicile for injury, illness, death, accident, loss of effects or luggage and holiday cancellation. Kindly refer to the cancellation policy stated in our Booking Terms & Conditions.



TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel Documents, which are valid only for the passenger(s) named, will be issued after receipt of full payment for your reservation and not normally later than 14 days prior to departure. Please carry your confirmation of booking with you on departure.



CHILD POLICY
Maharajas' Express does accommodate children but we ask parents to be mindful of the sophisticated adult atmosphere we endeavour to maintain.

It do not have the facility for interconnecting cabins except in the Presidential Suite car.



AMENDMENTS
Any amendment to the services would be treated as a cancellation of the original services and any new arrangements will be regarded as an entirely new booking. Cancellation charges will be applied as per the chart above.



Read the Itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, Booking Conditions, Terms and Conditions and User Agreement carefully before accepting them online.
Once you have chosen the journey please print out the Booking form with an acknowledgement of the Terms and Conditions and duly sign the same.



COMMUNICATION
The communication transmitted to your mailing address / email address on record shall be deemed to have been communicated to you. All communication regarding booking , cancellation from you to the Company has to be in writing, not orally. In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by the Company, it shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance to the contrary is published.
