Day 1: Delhi - Kathmandu
Today is the first day of your cultural heritage trip to the Mountain Kingdom. Our GHIJ representative will arrange for your transfer to the New Delhi international airport. Board a flight to the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu and arrive in the city by air. On arrival, check into a hotel in the Kathmandu city and relax in your room. Prepare for a blissful journey ahead.Day 2: Kathmandu
We will leave the hotel after the morning breakfast, and will head straight for a full day guided sightseeing tour in the Nepal tour package. We start with a visit to the world-famous Pashupati Nath temple and then go to the popular Boudanath Stupa, which has the reputation of being the largest in the country.From here, we go to the historical Bhaktapur city. After revisiting the history at this ancient city, we come back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.
Days 3: Kathmandu
Another full day guided city tour awaits you today in your Nepal holidays. Post breakfast, we go to the Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Patan City. After a long day of revisiting history and culture of the city, stay overnight at the hotel.Days 4: Kathmandu - Changu Narayan
Today, we start our day a bit early and board an early morning mountain flight to get a glimpse of the white treasure of the Himalayan ranges. During this flight, you will also get to see the highest peak on earth, Mt Everest. After this blissful flight, we get back to our hotel and relax for sometime after lunch.In the second half of the day, we go to the sightseeing tour of Changu Narayan. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Days 5: Kathmandu - Lumbini (257 kms/5 and a half hours)
After breakfast today, we drive to the birthplace of Lord Buddha, Lumbini. It is a long drive and after arriving here, we will check into a hotel and relax for a busy day ahead.Days 6: Lumbini
In our Nepal holiday package, today we will go for a guided tour to the Lumbini city and would go up to the places including the pond where the mother of Gautam Buddha bathed before giving birth to this visionary. We will also visit the garden where he was born. After a long day of sightseeing in the Lumbini city, stay overnight at the hotel.
