Day 1: Delhi

Qutub MinarOn arriving at Delhi, you would be welcomed cordially by our GHIJ representatives at the Delhi International airport and transferred to a hotel. Take the rest of the day of for leisurely activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi

After a quick yet hearty breakfast, we would head on to enjoy a daylong sightseeing tour of the city. We will visit the famous historical monuments of Delhi such as Qutub Minar, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Rashtrapati Bhawan, India Gate, and Humayun Tomb. You can also enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid to Chandni Chowk. A cultural evening with folk dances would be pleasing. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Days 3: Delhi - Jaipur (258 kms/5 hours)

After an early morning meal today, we will drive up to the Pink City, Jaipur. Check in at a hotel on after arriving at the city. You can enjoy an afternoon sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Don’t forget to visit the famous City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. In the evening, we will head straight to the famous Chokhi Dani - a Village Theme resort - to enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner served with utmost love and traditions and get an experience of the village life of Rajasthan.

Days 4: Jaipur - Agra (235 kms/4 hours)
After the morning meal, we can go for a morning excursion to the famous Amber Fort. Don’t forget to enjoy an elephant ride up to the Fort. After coming back from the Amber fort, we proceed to Agra by road. On the way, we will visit the historical town of Fatehpur Sikri. The highlight of Fatehpur Sikri, Bulund Darwaza, is known to be the largest gateway in the world. Upon arrival at Agra, check into a hotel and stay overnight.

Taj Mahal
Days 5: Agra
Today, we will start our day by enjoying a sightseeing tour to Agra. First, we go up to Taj Mahal, counted among the most beautiful monuments in the world. The symbol of love and romance, this mausoleum was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jehan in the fond memory of his deceased wife Mumtaj Mahal. After visiting the Taj, we would go up to the magnificent and majestic Agra Fort.

In the later half of the day, we would visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud- Daulah. Spend your evenings by checking the local markets and stay overnight at the hotel.


Days 6: Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho (400 kms/8 hours)
A major part of our day today would be spent in commuting to Khajuraho today. We take a train from Agra to Jhansi and drive further to Orchha. A medieval city, Orchha is famous for its temples, fort and palaces. Have lunch at Orchha and then we would proceed to Khajuraho. A world heritage site, Khajuraho is a famous temple city of Madhya Pradesh. After arrival at Khajuraho, you would be transferred into a hotel where you can spend your night.

Days 7: Khajuraho - Varanasi (399 kms)
Post breakfast, we would go on to see what the city has preserved so beautifully for so long. In the guided tour to the temples here, we would visit the famous western and southern group of temples which are famous for their erotic images. Later, we take a flight to Varanasi, the famous temple city of the country located on the banks of the holy river Ganga. Check into a hotel after arriving at Varanasi and spend the night peacefully.

Days 8: Varanasi - Kathmandu
The first thing we do today morning is visiting the famous Daswamedh Ghat and then taking a boat ride on the river Ganges. You would see various cremation Ghats during the span of this boat ride, which offers a peep into the living traditions of one of the world's oldest religion, Hinduism. Watch the sun rising on the river front which is spiritually quite uplifting. Later in the day visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Benaras Hindu University, Gyanvapi Mosque and other important monuments of the city.

Swambhunath During our trip on the fascinating Nepal and Golden triangle tour package, we would visit Sarnath, one of the most renowned Buddhist sites in the world. Sarnath is believed to be the place where Buddha preached his first Sermon in 590 BC. Later today, you would be transferred to the airport for a flight to Katmandu. After arriving at the capital of Nepal, our GHIJ representative would welcome you and arrange for your hotel transfer.

Days 9: Kathmandu
Today, we will go for a morning tour of the city. We would visit the famous Swambhunath and Patan Durbar Square. In the second half of the day, we will go to Dhulikhel. Check in at the hotel after arriving at Dhulikhel. Spend overnight at the hotel.

Days 10: Dhulikhel - Kathmandu
After a filling breakfast, we would drive up to Katmandu where a GHIJ representative would arrange for our airport transfer for a flight to Delhi.
